What is Runwae?
Runwae is a travel and experience platform built for groups. It lets you plan trips collaboratively with friends, discover experiences tied to events and festivals, book stays and activities in one place, and split costs — all without the usual chaos of group travel planning.
How does group trip planning work?
You create a trip, give it a name and destination, then invite your friends via a shareable link. From there, everyone can suggest and vote on destinations, stays, and activities. The itinerary updates in real time so everyone stays in sync — no more forwarding links in group chats.
What can I book directly through Runwae?
You can book accommodation and experiences directly through the app. We're continuously expanding the range of bookable options across destinations.
What kind of events can be listed?
Any event that people travel for — music festivals, concerts, cultural gatherings, sports events, conferences, retreats, and more. If your event attracts an audience from outside the local area, Runwae is built for it.
Can I plan a solo trip on Rumwae?
Absolutely. While Runwae is built with groups in mind, all the planning and booking tools work just as well for solo travellers. You'll still get access to curated itineraries, event discovery, and seamless booking.
Is there a fee to list as a partner or host?
Listing your event or travel plan is free. Runwae takes a small commission on bookings made through the platform. Full details are shared during the host onboarding process — reach out via the partner form to find out more.
